D²Link connects your drivers to your Trimble dispatch system via Apple® smart devices for efficient load assignment and fleet management, transferring stop details and vehicle location data between drivers and dispatchers. Within the Trimble dispatch software, dispatchers can send detailed load information and receive truck GPS** location readings from their drivers at regular intervals, even make use of geo-fencing to automatically flag arrivals and departures. Standard features include signature capture, image capture, stop location mapping and the ability to exchange messages between driver and dispatcher. Options such as Mobile Imaging / Document Scanning, CoPilot integration and additional capabilities are dependent on individual handset features, installed navigation apps and Trimble software licensing, network carrier policies and services.
