Inter vs Security on the go

The Inter-Con Security mobile application provides our officers with an easy to use solution to receive company and schedule information, as well as create timesheets for all their assigned activities. Additionally, the solution provides quick access to employee benefits and resources to help the officers immediately when they need it. Anyone can install the Inter-Con Security mobile application, but you must be an Inter-Con Security officer or employee to log in and access the resources using your registered mobile phone number. Please contact our HR team if you have not registered your mobile phone yet so that you can use this exciting new application for all our officers.

Consumers can sign up and create an account using their name, email and phone number. They may need to verify their account through a confirmation process. The consumer can request security services for a single day or multiple days through the app. The consumer will provide such details as to the date, time, location and type of event and type of service requested as well as the duration. Once the consumer request has been accepted it will be moved into the workflow and assigned to an officer, the officer will confirm the assignment and that information will be provided to the consumer. The shifts become part of the Overwatch scheduling platform and are made available to all officers in a geographic area. The consumer will then be charged. There is real time tracking of the officer once on duty and all information pertaining to the specific consumer requested event is communicated to the consumer/client. This app provides reassurance to the consumer and allows them full transparency as to the service, request, confirmation, billing, payment and completion of the service.
