This is a poorly designed app that consistently malfunctions‼️ And to compound the problem Inter-Con app developer can’t fix the problem after multiple complaints‼️ It is a very frustrating experience that does NOT promote employee efficiency or accountability effectiveness. In fact, it causes a negative impact on employee payroll due to this malfunctioning app‼️

I hate that is only a phone number verification for login because what someone’s phone is out of service and can’t get the code to login.. a email verification would be appreciated!!!

App works well. Like the new update to have a separate tab for DAR’s rather than having them all under Incidents. However I would like for there a way to be able to view previous DAR’s without having to access GANTT as most at the site level don’t have that accessThe issue regarding post patrols on the site phone deleting progress if exited from screen has been fixed.

“Stupid App” - Field Security Lead
Worst employee time punch software i’ve ever had to subject myself to, genuinely. The two step verification doesn’t even work because the one-time code is never sent.

Zero stars but the pay is nice
App is fine but the company is terrible they fire employees without any notice , dispatch is in Mexico and on top of that they let you go just to bring you back as a captain. They need structure BAD

APP DOESN’T OPEN
Ever since this update a couple days ago I can’t open the app at all. Every time I click the icon it immediately crashes and closes out. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, restarted my phone and everything.
Malfunctioning
Application constantly malfunctions, and fails to open showing just a white screen. After, restarting the app., removing the app, and re downloading the app. malfunctioning still occurs. Unfortunately, it’s been a constant issue with the Application.
Dosnt show available shifts
This app dosnt let me pick up shift dosnt show what’s available
Needs a “Dark Mode”
Update the app to add a dark mode.
