Downgrade from prior legacy
Such a slow app and such buggy behavior and sucks you can’t preload a report or add onto to others reports for the day. The drop-down tab for doing information and all those other task is really laggy. Fix your app. This is horrible.
Totally full of bugs
There are lot of bugs in Therms . When we clocked in or out it not reflected immediately. It using location at all the times even I locked out which Chase battery suddenly down .
Needs improvement
The app shuts down all the time when officers on duty. They are quick to shut down if they don’t get there payment. They need to fix bugs. They have a 3 star that should tell you tho. Bad for business with my clients.
Too many bugs
On iPhone app will glitch and close out and not save your report if you touch the bottom of the screen with your finger. In app camera takes forever it’s faster to use the default camera app on your phone and upload the photos to the app. Sometimes when you have too many photos to upload (most common when you have more than 14+ photos to upload). When reviewing an old report app sometimes doesn’t show you the pictures and only way to see them is by uploading a new photo and then deleting it. But worst of all is the customer support they will say its user error instead of fixing the issue.

Terrible
Have to use this for work. It’s a terrible system that has a tracking gps feature that tracks you regardless of being logged off
