Too many bugs
On iPhone app will glitch and close out and not save your report if you touch the bottom of the screen with your finger. In app camera takes forever it’s faster to use the default camera app on your phone and upload the photos to the app. Sometimes when you have too many photos to upload (most common when you have more than 14+ photos to upload). When reviewing an old report app sometimes doesn’t show you the pictures and only way to see them is by uploading a new photo and then deleting it. But worst of all is the customer support they will say its user error instead of fixing the issue.

Have to use this for work. It’s a terrible system that has a tracking gps feature that tracks you regardless of being logged off

It’s frustrating please do an update picture quality is not great. Service in parking garages suck.
Crashes & Erase Activity
this app literally will make your report activity report just vanish for no reason it literally just crashes and vanish your activity report. You might need to update it again because whatever update you guys did it’s not working.
Lastest update
Could u check and hotfix your lastest update it did something to logs and how to label them. Sometimes u haveta open the activity page like 4 times now to find what your looking for. Plz check and fix. Other than that love the app no issues with it til this latest update. Check it with I phones. The activities folder i haveta open 3 or 4 times to fond the numbers u need bc it rolls back over and repeats itself really really annoying whne doing paperwork just saying
