Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: CanalSur Más at none against TDTChannels's shown. CanalSur Más also leads on rating (4.0 vs 3.6) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 2 months). TDTChannels's advantage is review sentiment (39% vs 21%). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
CanalSur Más holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of TDTChannels's written reviews are positive against 21% of CanalSur Más's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
TDTChannels ships an update every 2 months, CanalSur Más every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
