A little space to be you. Mirrorly brings your writing, mood check-ins, photos, and drawings together in a private journal. Make a page your own Write a few lines, add a photo, or draw with Apple’s drawing tools. Your journal syncs through your private iCloud database, so your existing entries stay with you. Notice how you feel Save a quick mood check-in and look back at your days. Mirrorly can suggest a mood from writing you choose to analyze on your device. You decide whether to use it. Make reflection part of your day Start a reflection or log a mood with Siri and Shortcuts. Set a daily reminder, revisit your entries, and keep a favorite photo, drawing, or reflection tip on your Home Screen. A fresh start for Mirrorly Version 2.0 brings illustrated onboarding, a warmer design, native Liquid Glass controls, and layouts that adapt to iPhone Duo. Mirrorly+ is an optional one-time purchase for longer mood history and entries protected with Face ID or your device passcode. Locked entries stay out of widgets. An outlook uses recent check-ins to estimate a possible mood for tomorrow. It was trained and evaluated on synthetic data; real-world prediction accuracy has not been established. It is not a medical or diagnostic tool. An iCloud account is required to save and sync journal entries. Drafts and mood check-ins can be kept on your device while offline. Apple Intelligence mood suggestions require a supported device and available system model; a simpler on-device analysis is used when available otherwise. I’d love to hear how Mirrorly can get better. Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Mirrorly at 5.0 against Strength Tracker's 4.0. Strength Tracker's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 37 months) and review sentiment (50% vs 25%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Mirrorly sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Strength Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Mirrorly holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Mirrorly's written reviews are positive against 50% of Strength Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mirrorly ships an update every 37 months, Strength Tracker weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
