Azume
Read full descriptionHide full description
Azume is the app for the Azume One, a screenless sensor that attaches to the back of your watch and measures continuously, day and night. It tracks heart rate and resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and stress around the clock, sleep with its full stage breakdown, plus steps, distance, calories and workouts, whether you log them yourself or Azume One detects them, including GPS routes for workouts that cover ground. Each morning the app turns all of that into three scores: Recovery, Sleep and Wellness. Open the app in the morning to know whether today is a day to push or a day to hold back. Open it in the evening and check how your day actually went. THREE SCORES EVERY MORNING RECOVERY SCORE Built from your overnight HRV, resting heart rate and sleep. Are you ready for a hard day, or should today be lighter? SLEEP SCORE How the night actually went, not just how long you were in bed. WELLNESS SCORE Recovery, sleep and stress in one number, so you can see the week taking shape. METRICS VISIBLE IN AZUME APP SLEEP - Deep, light and REM sleep, plus time awake - Your full night laid out hour by hour - Bedtime and wake time, detected automatically - Nightly score and long-term trends HEART - Continuous heart rate, day and night, with highs, lows and averages - Resting heart rate measured every morning while you sleep - Heart rate variability measured overnight - Blood oxygen (SpO2) measured through the night - Respiratory rate, measured on demand - VO2 max estimate, tracked over time STRESS - Continuous stress reading derived from your heart signals - Banded low, moderate and high across your day - See when the day got demanding and when it didn't ACTIVITY - Steps and distance, broken down across the day - Active calories from movement and resting calories from your body, shown separately and together - Add workouts alongside the rest of your day - Daily step and calorie goals, with a nudge when you reach them - Streaks to keep you going WEIGHT - Log your weight and follow the trend over time TRENDS - Every metric has its own view: day, week, month and year - Any single reading always sits in the context of everything before it WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Turn it on and your measurements appear in the Health app alongside everything else you track. One-way and reversible. Azume writes, never reads, and switching it off removes Azume's data from Apple Health again. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data is the most personal data you have. - No advertising SDKs, no analytics trackers, nothing sold - Stored in the EU under GDPR - Delete your account and all of it from inside the app, no email, no wait REQUIREMENTS Azume requires an Azume One, which attaches to the back of your watch or can be worn on its own with the FitBand. Syncs over Bluetooth. Azume is not a medical device. It is intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only.
