Log in issue and other bugs

The app has a check box for logging in automatically, but it doesn’t accept a check. Neither does the “show password” box. Occasionally the timer doesn’t beep at the end of the time, which is a problem for exercises when you can’t look at it. Also, the app isn’t optimized for an iPad. It comes up in iPhone size on the iPad.

Ok

App works fine, they seem to have corrected the login issue people reviewed about prior because I’ve never had an issue with that.

If I want to watch one of the videos I have to open it twice because the first time the screen just goes black. If I close and reopen, the video then works.

The email reminders are absolutely useless. The app only emails you a reminder if you forget a day, otherwise it doesn’t send any reminders at all.

Besides these two things, the app seems to work as intended.

New password every login

I have had to create a new password every day. The credentials will not save in my saved passwords on iPhone. SUPER annoying when I’m trying to do my PT before and after work.

Use for PT exercises

The videos are very helpful as they demonstrate the speed and technique. Since I use this to do PT exercises at home I find it helpful to see if I’m doing the exercise correctly.
I agree with the other reviews that it would be great if you did not have to login each time.

Login for each exercise?!

Why do I have to login so often, multiple times in the same session? Very annoying waste of time and no, it's not about security

Can’t login

Can’t login after using for one week. Provider added some exercises and ever since then I can’t log back in. Tried password reset and I never received an email (checked spam folder).

Bad interface and not well thought out

Agree with most other reviewers. Log in is ridiculous to have to do every time. Half the videos don’t work. Timer doesn’t have a sound when done! What is the point of the timer????? These are all easy fixes and the fact that they haven’t been addressed means the developer has moved on. My provider should keep looking for a better app.

Terrible App

What a terrible App. First, it doesn’t store your password on login so you have to manually log in every time. The onboarding experience was annoying . The App kept crashing while I was trying to create the account. The interface is not that great. Most of videos would not load and some instructions lack clarity. In overall, the app is very slow and glitchy. I wrote down all the exercises I got prescribed by my Chiro and deleted the app after a few days is using it.

Terrible App wish my provider did not use it.

You must log in every time. The videos have no sounds so there is no explanation. It is challenging to jump to different exercises. I have over 20 and do different ones each day. It has a timer which does not beep when time is up. There is seriously nothing positive about the app. I took screen shots of the exercises and will do them on my own now.

Exactly what I needed

My chiropractor has me using this to strengthen my lower back. I was having major pan in lower back; these are great and have helped so much . Love that you can see them do the exercise so I know I’m doing them correctly. I’ve had no issues and only complaint when u use the timer wish it beeped at the end and not just to start. That’s it awesome all around

It helps me stay on track with my PT exercises.

I’m able to stay connected with my physical therapist when I can’t make it to their office for treatment. With My WebExercises I can follow all the exercises that were prescribed for my shoulder. It even allows me to send feedback to my therapist about how I’m doing. All physical therapist should use this app fir their patients.

Issues

I see 3 main issues. 1) not all the videos work and are not very clear. 2) the timer doesn’t always work, and when it does there should be a beep at the end like in the ready position so know when the 30 seconds is up and not stop to look. 3) there should be a timer on each exercise to determine rest period if needed.

Not just Login issues

The interface is not great but I would get over that. Why does the app need to know my location and can’t remember that I do not want to share it and keeps asking all the time is annoying, but even worse is that I have to log in every time and my phone doesn’t remember the login information like with other apps. Perhaps thumbprint login could be an option?
And maybe an option to edit what exercises do I want to do that day? And when there is a a 30 second stretch it signals the bevy it not the end of 30 second interval. That’s not very helpful.

Please fix log in!

Beautiful site with clear photos, but I concur with reviewer who cited log in issues. I have a 23 character email address, and have to re- log in every time I choose the MyRX menu item. Maddening!

This app needs a lot of work

You have to CONSTANTLY log into this app every single time you click on My WebExercise RX. You can have just logged in, click on something else, and go back again and you have to log in yet again. iPhone touch login is not supported, and there are no settings, so you can’t choose to stay logged in or have login info remembered. The app is also constantly hounding me to turn on location services, when nothing I am using requires knowing my location. You cannot go back and edit or delete anything. I missed putting how difficult I felt a workout was, and you cannot go back and add it. I tried resubmitting and only got a blank workout that showed how I felt about it, and now that can’t be deleted. So clunky.
