Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Readit at 100% against ReadKit's 56%. Readit also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 weeks). ReadKit's advantage is ratings volume (127 vs 42) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
