Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Ucon at 4.7 against Fish Helper Pro's 1.0. Ucon also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 37 months) and ratings volume (3.5K vs 1). Fish Helper Pro's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 23) and review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ucon sells 22 in-app purchases, starting at $3.49 per month. Fish Helper Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Ucon holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ucon has 3.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Ucon's written reviews are positive against 100% of Fish Helper Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Ucon ships an update every 3 weeks, Fish Helper Pro every 37 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
