aetherSmart puts your Aether X-Series heat pump water heater in your pocket. See exactly what your hot water is doing right now — the current tank temperature, whether the unit is heating, and how it is tracking through the day. Set the temperature you want and the app handles the rest. MODES FOR HOW YOU LIVE Eco runs at the lowest cost and is the default. Standard gives you warmer water on demand. Boost heats fast when you need it — and returns to Eco on its own once the tank reaches temperature, so it never keeps running in the expensive band. SCHEDULE AROUND YOUR TARIFF Set timers to heat during solar hours or off-peak windows. Scheduled runs always use Eco mode. Set it once and leave it. ALERTS THAT ACTUALLY REACH YOU Get told if your tank drops below temperature, or if the unit reports a fault — on your lock screen, even when the app is closed. Faults are named with the exact code, so your installer knows what they are coming to before they arrive. HOLIDAY MODE Going away? Hold the tank at a lower temperature while you are gone, and bring it back with one tap. FOR INSTALLERS Commission new units, run live diagnostics, read sensor values and fault registers, and hand systems over to the homeowner when the job is done. aetherSmart works with Aether X-Series heat pump water heaters. A paired unit is required to use the app.
