Training Feel is an app that allows you to monitor the training load through the subjective assessment of the athlete. To begin, athletes must complete a wellness questionnaire prior to starting the session. Once finished, each athlete must indicate the subjective effort value that this training had, using a scale with references. With these data, added to the duration of each session, Training Feel automatically calculates the A-C Ratio through the session-RPE method. ++++++ MAIN FEATURES +++++++ - User authentication - Cloud database - Team management - Athlete management - Management of training sessions - Wellness Questionnaire - Borg scale - Excel an PDF file export - Bar graphs for each variable - Filter data by dates -------- FACILITIES DATA -------- - Number of athletes - Duration (minutes) - Media Wellness - Average RPE per session - RPE session - Ratio A / C - Weekly average RPE - Weekly training load - Weekly monotony - Weekly trining strain --------- ATHLETES DATA ---------- - Date of the last training performed - Latest Wellness - Last RPE - Borg scale - Wellness of the session - Sleep - Muscle pain - Fatigue - Stress Training Feel allows you to export all the data to an excel or pdf file.
