Mit der App „eAusweise“ weisen Sie Ihren Führerschein, Ihre Zulassungsdaten, Ihren Identitätsnachweis, Ihren Studierendenausweis und Ihren Altersnachweis in Österreich einfach, sicher und digital am Smartphone vor – bei einer Verkehrskontrolle oder im privaten Umfeld. Teilen Sie Ihre Daten einfach per Knopfdruck und komplett kontaktlos. Es findet keine Datenübertragung ohne Ihr Einverständnis statt. So funktioniert’s : 1. Melden Sie sich mit Ihrer ID Austria oder einer eIDAS notifizierten eID (iSv Art. 6 Abs. 1 eIDAS-VO) in der App „ID Austria“ an. 2. Laden Sie die App „eAusweise“ kostenlos herunter. 3. Entsperren Sie die App per Fingerabdruck-Funktion, Gesichtserkennung oder Gerätepasswort. 4. Laden Sie Ihre digitalen Nachweise in die App „eAusweise“ mithilfe der ID Austria mit Vollfunktion oder mit einer eIDAS notifizierten eID (iSv Art. 6 Abs. 1 eIDAS-VO) (in diesem Fall müssen die Daten in einem österreichischen Register vorhanden sein). 5. Legen Sie fest, ob die App Sie per Mitteilung an bald ablaufende digitale Nachweise erinnern darf. 6. Weisen Sie bei einer Überprüfung einfach den QR-Code vor, der in der App für Ihren digitalen Nachweis erstellt wird. Ihr Gegenüber scannt den QR-Code und kann so die erforderlichen Daten abrufen. Für die Überprüfung durch die österreichische Exekutive stehen technische Schnittstellen zur Verfügung, nicht jedoch für eine Überprüfung durch ausländische Behörden. Die ID Austria ist die Weiterentwicklung der Handy-Signatur und bietet eine sichere Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung für digitale Services. Melden Sie sich dazu in der App „ID Austria“ mit Ihrer ID Austria an und erlauben Sie der App „eAusweise“ den Zugriff auf die erforderlichen Informationen. Beide Apps sind durch Fingerabdruck-Funktion, Gesichtserkennung oder Gerätepasswort abgesichert. Die App wird laufend weiterentwickelt und zukünftig auch um neue Nachweise ergänzt.
