The perfect formula to lose weight quickly and get a toned, strong, and agile body. Our punching bags are equipped with sensors that will give you a score at the end of each session. Using the Brooklyn Fitboxing app, you can monitor your evolution, averages, world ranking, and --of course-- you can book your training sessions.
