Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: noteit at 4.8 against Magnets's 4.1. noteit also leads on ratings volume (98K vs 137) and review sentiment (43% vs 34%). Magnets's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Magnets ships an update every 2 days, noteit fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
