The clearest difference is update cadence: Morse Code at every 5 days against Ham Radio Prep's every 2 weeks. Morse Code also leads on device support (5 vs 3). Ham Radio Prep's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.6) and ratings volume (2.2K vs 242). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
