The Standard Timer was specifically and specially designed for use in specialty gyms. With standard options for tabata and EMOM, you can easily adapt the timer to work for any workout. The main goal of The Standard Timer was to create a timer where the current time was the focal point of the app. The current time takes up the entire screen, especially great when projected or cast onto larger screens, so everyone in your gym can see it from wherever they are. FEATURES - 5 different modes : Tabata, EMOM, Interval, Stopwatch, Countdown - The ability to add a countdown/warm-up timer to your workout - Quick and easy time adjustment with manual typing and tap (+1, +5, reset) options - HUGE letters that take up the entire screen so everyone can see the time without effort - Remote mode : use this mode from your phone to control other connected devices - Bluetooth capability : Sync multiple devices, for example, control your Mac Mini display using your phone without ever having to touch a keyboard or mouse - Light/Dark Mode capability - Preround/Preworkout sound notifications

Gym Workouts, WODs, Intervals, HIIT, Circuit Training, Workout Timer, Weight training. Running, Cycling, Walking: Just write down the exercises as plain text on your iPhone. Then perform and track the workouts with your Apple Watch. Move from exercise to another with a tap of the screen or double tap hand gesture if supported by your Apple Watch. Or automatically based on time, heart rate value, calories consumed or distance. Set target time ("AMRAP", as many rounds as possible within given time) or choose number of rounds ("Rounds For Time" mode), or choose "Open" mode. Then on your Apple Watch choose the workout from the list and tap "Start Workout". Get detailed statistics afterwards.
