MADE TO BE EFFECTIVE — ON YOUR DEVICES • Three effect modes: iPhone only, Apple Watch only, or Dual. • Auto-optimize picks the best mode and settings based on what is currently available (is your Watch paired, installed, reachable). • Runs in the background with the screen off (iPhone and Apple Watch). • Adjustable interval, session length up to 12 hours, sound frequency and haptic pattern. • Research-informed frequency presets: ultrasound (22 kHz), mosquito wingbeat (~480 Hz), wing harmonic (~1.2 kHz) or any custom frequency.
