Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: 96.7 The Eagle WCOE at 100% against Rent.Fun's 33%. 96.7 The Eagle WCOE also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Rent.Fun's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (877 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Rent.Fun holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rent.Fun has 877 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of 96.7 The Eagle WCOE's written reviews are positive against 33% of Rent.Fun's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
96.7 The Eagle WCOE ships an update every 12 months, Rent.Fun every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
