Price, ratings, monetisation and update history for both apps, side by side — with what reviewers say about each.
Multiband Haas Effect
This audio plugin enhances stereo width by applying micro-delays to specific frequency bands. It creates a spacious sound while preserving bass impact and avoiding artificial treble. Adjust crossover frequencies and delay settings for each band to achieve desired stereo expansion.
- Multiband stereo width enhancement
- Adjustable crossover frequencies
- Independent Haas delay per band
- Preserves bass impact
- Avoids artificial treble
- Mono to stereo conversion

Haas effect is a micro-delay applied to either the left or right channel of audio (but not both). This simple effect creates a realistic and natural-sounding increase in the width of the stereo field that still sounds good when mixed back to mono. It is the most simple and effective way to take a mono input and make it sound like stereo. But Haas effect has some problems. First, it can create phase cancellation problems in the bass frequencies, causing them to loose volume. Second, it can sound a bit artificial at high frequencies. This multi-band Haas effect plugin is a simple way to get the stereo width you need in the midrange frequencies without loosing the impact of the bass or making the treble sound phasey. You select any number from one to four bands, each with its own separate Haas delay setting and adjustable crossover frequencies. This makes mono audio sound wide and spacious while preserving the original tone and spectrum transparently.

The world’s first frequency-domain vocoder with multi-curve control and precision spectral fusion. Multi-Curve Spectral Vocoding MagicFusion is a multi-curve spectral vocoder workstation operating entirely in the frequency domain. Instead of relying on bandpass filters and envelope followers, it extracts the spectral characteristics of a modulator and applies them to a carrier, enabling precise, customizable vocoding across the entire spectrum. Apply independent fusion amounts per frequency or frequency range, then mix, modulate, and spread them to create anything from subtle vocal shading to extreme spectral transformations. Vocoder Signal Flow MagicFusion requires two audio inputs: the carrier (main input) and the modulator (sidechain). The plugin extracts the modulator’s spectral envelope and applies it to the carrier, creating a fused signal where both sources interact. This process provides clean, flexible control over the degree of spectral fusion and allows highly detailed shaping across the frequency spectrum. Dynamic Response & Formants Adjust the Smooth control to define how quickly the vocoder reacts, from fast, precise transitions to slower, more rounded movement. The Formant parameter shifts the spectral character of the modulator, while Detail adjusts the complexity of the filter response — from clean, intricate results to more organic, pumping behavior. MagicFusion is an AUv3 audio effect plugin compatible with Logic Pro, AUM, Cubasis, GarageBand and many more. A Desktop version is also available for Windows and macOS (VST3 / AU / AAX).
