About

WorkIt

WorkIt reads like a piece of calibrated gym equipment, not a wellness app. Every number is exact โ€” nothing is rounded or softened to feel friendlier. REST TIMER, ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Start a set, and the rest timer keeps counting on your Dynamic Island and Lock Screen โ€” no need to keep the app open or the screen on between sets. FORM CHECKER Grades your lifting form live, on-device, while you lift. Nothing is recorded, saved, or uploaded โ€” the analysis happens and disappears, same as a mirror. TRAINING LOAD & MUSCLE TRENDS See which muscles you've actually trained this week versus last, and whether your working weight is trending up โ€” read at a glance, never a raw number alone. NUTRITION, GRADED Photograph a meal or just describe it and the calories, protein, carbs, and fat come back filled in, yours to check before anything saves. Every meal comes back graded โ€” healthy, average, or poor โ€” with the reasoning behind the score. FIT HEALTH One reading out of 100 built from how you train and what you eat. It only scores the half it has data for and says which, so the number stays honest even if you only use half the app. DISCIPLINE MODE Schedule your training days. When it's time, WorkIt opens to a lock screen โ€” start that day's workout, or give a real reason to skip it. Optional Screen Time integration can hold distracting apps back until you do. GYM GROUPS Create a group for your gym crew, invite them with a code, and share workouts and form checks straight into the feed. Own the group and you get a dashboard of every member's training load, muscle trends, and your own notes on each of them. APPLE HEALTH SYNC Finished sessions write a workout entry to Apple Health, and your heart rate can show up alongside a finished workout โ€” both opt-in. IMPORT Already logging elsewhere? Bring your history over from a CSV export in a few taps. DISCOVER Browse routines other lifters have published, copy one into your own plan, and โ€” if you opt in โ€” see how your lifting form compares on a public leaderboard. Your workout and nutrition data lives on your device. The only things that ever reach a server are what you explicitly choose to share: a published routine, a group, or a leaderboard entry.
