Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: POINPY at none against Last Pilot's shown. POINPY also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (280 vs 3). Last Pilot's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: POINPY has 280 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. POINPY ships an update every 2 weeks, Last Pilot every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
