About

HyCo

Features

HyCo is a coaching app for athletes who refuse to choose between running far and lifting heavy. Train for a marathon or half marathon while keeping your strength - with a plan that adapts to you, not a static PDF. ONE PLAN, BUILT AROUND YOU HyCo generates a full periodised training block from your goal race, your current fitness and the days you can train. Every screen reads from one source of truth, so your running, strength, recovery and nutrition always agree with each other. RUNNING THAT PROGRESSES PROPERLY Easy runs, threshold, VO2 intervals, tempo and long runs - structured into base, build, peak and taper phases, with deload weeks built in. Marathon blocks include the long-run progression the distance actually demands. STRENGTH ALONGSIDE, NOT INSTEAD Every strength session is laid out prehab, compound and accessory, with weights derived from your 1RM and progressive overload session to session. Keep your lifts while the miles climb. RECOVERY THAT CHANGES THE PLAN HyCo tracks sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and training load to give you a daily recovery score. When you're run down, it eases volume, pulls intensity and adjusts your fuel - the way a coach would. NUTRITION THAT KNOWS YOUR DAY Calories and macros are calculated from your profile, today's session and your recovery state - never a fixed template. Rest days, long runs and race days each get what they need, with carbohydrate scaled to the work. RACES, INCLUDING B-RACES Add your goal race for a projected finish time and goal-confidence score. Tune-up races are handled intelligently, with the right sharpening before and recovery after. A COACH THAT TALKS TO YOU Plain-language reads on your readiness, recovery, fuel and training load - naming what's actually limiting you, not generic encouragement. TRACK EVERYTHING Log runs and lifts, watch your fitness and fatigue trends, and follow running, strength and body progress over time. Connect Apple Health to bring in workouts, heart rate and VO2 max automatically. Run. Lift. Perform. --- HyCo provides training and nutrition guidance for healthy adults and is not a medical device.
