What Is Stoicism? It’s a philosophy designed to make us more resilient, happier, more virtuous and more wise–and as a result, better people, better parents and better professionals. “Of all people only those are at leisure who make time for philosophy, only they truly live. Not satisfied to merely keep good watch over their own days, they annex every age to their own. All the harvest of the past is added to their store. ” — Seneca

Harbor is a wellness app for neurodivergent adults who live with rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD). If a small piece of criticism can flatten your whole day, if a delayed reply sends your mind into a spiral, if you look fine on the outside while your nervous system is on fire underneath, Harbor was built for you. Most ADHD and neurodivergent tools focus on productivity. Harbor focuses on the emotional side, the part that usually gets ignored. Harbor works around one simple question: what do you need most right now? You answer in one tap, and the app meets you where you are. SOS, for when you are actively reeling. When something just happened and your body and mind are in full alarm mode, SOS gives you a calm menu of nervous system regulation exercises. No long reading, no figuring out what to do. Just clear, concrete options to help your body feel a little steadier. Some are marked as discreet, so you can use them quietly even when you are around other people. Reflect, for when your mind is stuck. When you are not in crisis but you cannot stop ruminating or replaying a moment, Reflect gives you short journaling prompts that help you process the thought and get some distance from it. Grow, for the calmer days. When things feel settled enough, Grow offers exercises to understand yourself better and build tools for next time. It works like a guided journal you can return to whenever you want. Why Harbor is easy to stick with: - A menu, not a memory test. Neurodivergent brains do better choosing from clear options than trying to recall every coping tool they have ever learned. Harbor keeps the right tools in front of you for the moment you actually need them. - Build your own toolkit. As you find exercises that work for you, save them so your favorites are one tap away next time. - A private journal. Your reflections are saved privately and visible only to you, so you can look back and notice your own patterns over time. Why this works. Every exercise has an optional explanation of what it is doing and why, for the times you want to understand the tool, not just use it. Harbor is designed to feel calm and uncluttered, because overwhelm is the last thing you need when your RSD is triggered. An honest note on what Harbor is. Harbor is a wellness and psychoeducational tool. It is not therapy, psychiatric care, or a crisis service, and using it does not create a therapeutic relationship. Harbor does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a professional. In the US you can call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Outside the US, please contact your local emergency or crisis services. Harbor offers a free trial and a limited free tier. A membership unlocks the full library of exercises and your personal toolkit. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
