Your week changed. Your plan can too. When a demanding week disrupts your routine, RiseMove helps you find your next move and adjust the rest of your week. Start with the free Daily Signal. Optional Premium adds deeper coaching and weekly-plan tools; review proposed changes before applying them. RiseMove helps you choose what to do today, build a flexible weekly plan, and stay connected with the people who encourage you. Hank, your AI movement coach, helps you think through goals, training, recovery, and everyday movement. A direction for today Your Daily Signal uses available activity, recovery, and check-in information to suggest a direction: Move, Build, Train, Recover, or Restore. See the reasoning and choose an achievable activity for your day. A plan that fits your life Talk with Hank about your goals, schedule, and how you feel. Ask questions and keep useful notes with your plan. Premium adds deeper coaching and tools to edit, swap, and reschedule your week. Review proposed changes before applying them. Prefer to speak? Microphone dictation creates editable message text. You decide when to send it. More room on iPhone Duo and iPad In supported wide windows, see your weekly plan beside Hank and workout maps beside live metrics. Compact windows use a focused single-column layout. Your chat draft stays with you as the window changes size. Friends, on your terms Connect with people you know through private invitations. Share completed workouts, see the activities your friends share, and send encouraging replies. Each connection requires a request and acceptance. Automatic sharing of future completed workouts starts off. Route visibility is a separate choice: no route, hide the start and finish, or show the full route. Connecting with a friend does not automatically share your live location or past workouts. Bring your Safety Circle along Choose who can follow your live walk, run, ride, or open-water swim. A private link shows the latest reported location, its update time, and whether sharing is live, delayed, or ended. Choose which available statistics to share and stop sharing whenever you want. Safety Circle depends on device connectivity and location availability. It does not detect emergencies or contact emergency services. Record and revisit your movement Track supported activities with duration, distance, pace, routes, and other available metrics. Review your workout history and share an activity link, square post, or vertical Story. Your selected route privacy applies to shared routes. Connect Apple Health to use the workout and wellness information you approve. Supported Apple Watch workouts can sync with RiseMove and Apple Health. Notifications that fit your day Choose coaching notifications, quiet hours, and snooze preferences. Tips & offers has its own optional preference. AI sharing is your choice Before sending an AI request, RiseMove explains the data shared and asks your permission. Hank uses OpenAI, with an optional Anthropic (Claude) backup if enabled. Choose Not Now to continue without AI requests, or turn off future AI sharing in Privacy & AI. Apple Health permission is separate. RiseMove provides general wellness information, not medical advice.
