Kitchen charts that answer the question actually in front of you, and tools that do the tedious parts of cooking for you. THE CHARTS - FREE, ALWAYS Cups to grams, ounces to milliliters, and back again. Oven temperatures in Fahrenheit, Celsius and gas mark. What a cup of each thing actually weighs, ingredient by ingredient - because a cup of flour and a cup of honey are nowhere near the same. Cake tins and pans listed by what they hold, so you can tell which ones swap for which. Safe internal temperatures for every cut of meat, with the distinction that matters spelled out: a whole steak and ground beef are not the same number. Resting times, and where to put the thermometer. Cooking times for vegetables and seafood, including what "done" actually looks like. How long food keeps on the counter, in the fridge and in the freezer, and how much that changes once the packet is opened. Substitutions with the amounts, and the recipes they will not work in: oil for butter is fine in a quick bread and wrong in pastry. YOUR RECIPES Write a recipe by hand, or photograph one and have it typed out for you: ingredients, steps and timings, ready to save. A recipe on a web page rarely fits in one screenshot, so take several as you scroll and they are stitched into one. If something looks missing between two photos you are told, rather than given an invented step. A page with several recipes on it comes back as several, each saved on its own. Scale any recipe to the number you are cooking for. Switch it between imperial and metric in either direction, amounts and oven temperatures both, landing on the fractions your measuring cups are marked in. Save a recipe from Safari or any other app: tap Share, then Kitchen Tools, and it is read into My Recipes - three a month free, more with the Recipe Reader. Share yours by message, email or AirDrop. COOKING MODE One step at a time in large type, with the screen kept on. When a step names a time, one tap starts its timer, and the step and timer follow you to the Lock Screen, the Dynamic Island, a widget and Apple Watch. PLANNING AND SHOPPING A week of dinners built around the recipes you have already saved, laid out as a calendar so you can replan one night without disturbing the rest. Kids' menus are part of the plan, not a footnote; twins get matching plates. Allergies and special diets shape the whole week. One shopping list with the quantities added up properly rather than estimated, built from a plan or from any recipes you pick. Two recipes that both want onions come out as one line, not two. SHORTCUTS AND WIDGETS Widgets open any chart or page in one tap. Pin a chart, one of its tabs or a recipe to the app icon's press-and-hold menu or to a Siri phrase. Light, warm white with a herb-green accent, or Dark, warm near-black with an ember accent. In English, German, French, Spanish and Italian: the app follows your phone, or the language you pick in Settings. The charts and your own recipes are free, with no account and no limit, and there are no ads. The monthly plans start with a 3-day free trial. SUBSCRIPTIONS The Recipe Reader, the Recipe Creator and the Meal Planner are auto-renewable subscriptions, by the week or by the month, with an Everything plan covering all three; the length and price of each are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after buying. Privacy Policy: https://kitchentools.app/privacy/ Terms of Use: https://kitchentools.app/terms/
