Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: AAUAV at 5.0 against Opto SIC's 4.5. AAUAV also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Opto SIC's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (200 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
