Security is everything When using the Installer app, only approved installers can set up and configure Easee products, this way we can ensure that all installations are carried out correctly. If you are not a part of a registered Easee Partner company you can apply to have your company registered from within the app. Install and set up Configuring an easee charging site has never been easier! All you need is a compatible phone with NFC to set up and configure the site and the backplates you want to add to it. You can install and set up a completely new site or update an existing one! All the sites you have access to are available from the installer app. All you need is the app Transfer the site data to the backplate by holding your phone over the backplate. With the Installer app, it is even possible to install a complete Easee Ready installation without the need for a Chargeberry. From the Installer app, you can also factory reset a backplate by wiping its data. Work offline The Installer app requires an internet connection to sync all the data to and from the cloud, however you can use the app from a location where there is no internet available like deep within a parking garage, we will make sure to upload all the information to the cloud once you are back online.
