Lost WiFi connection
After update the charger lost connection with my home wifi and can’t reconnect it
Need just one more feature
The updates made the app really good now. Previously i had to restart the charger manually from the circuit breaker once every week as the app will hang and will stop connecting to charger.
Just one feature to allow to manually change amp setting while charging to change speed of charging just like tesla charger. As of now i need to stop the charging then change amp setting and then wait atleast a couple of minutes before starting to charge again. I need this as I am on single phase and have home battery and want to manage both. Then it will be a 5 star for me. Thanks

Missing “plug and charge” option?
Why this app does not have this “plug and charge” option like the demo pictures?
It was perfect untill recent update
The most recent update has lots of glitches. Cannot stop charging if plug in to charge option was selected. Scheduled timer shows overlapping even if it’s not overlapping. Wifi connectivity has been poor since. Literally ruined a perfectly working app!!!
Fixed all issues in the recent update
It’s been a pain using this charger in the last few years. Now the most recent update in January 2026 fixed all the issue and now the charger works like a charm. kudos team

Traurig wie schlecht die App ist..
Ich nutze meine Wallbox und die App jetzt seit mehr als 3 Jahren. Sie war noch nie gut, aber mittlerweile ist sie so schlecht, dass ich überlege mir eine neue Wallbox zu kaufen.
- Karten haben noch nie funktioniert
- Wallbox verliert ständig die WLAN-Verbindung
- seit kurzem funktioniert die Lastauswahl nicht mehr - da ich mit Sonnenstrom laden möchte ist das super ärgerlich. Es wird einfach immer mit den max 11kw geladen - somit bezieht er immer auch was vom Netz.

I’m trying to change the WiFi from previous one to new one, trying to figure it, it shouldn’t be too difficult but waste so much of my time still not fix it.. it’s keep saying charger Bluetooth is not connected, I don’t bloody see any Bluetooth this charger have .. just rubbish

Das mieseste, was das App Universum zu bieten hat. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten eine Wallbox zu kaufen, die diesen Schrott benötigt. RFID Karten werden nicht erkannt. Box verliert ständig den Kontakt zur App obwohl ausreichend Abdeckung vorhanden ist. Passwort kann nicht mehr erstellt werden obwohl der PE Manager eines entsprechend der Regeln kreiert hat. PW lassen sich nicht durch copy&paste einfügen was angesichts der Regeln heutzutage natürlich sehr sinnvoll ist. Finger weg, hier haben Grundschüler programmiert.

Unable to utilise solar charging
I have just downloaded the app for my new home charger and the most recent update has altered how to set up for solar but manual only refers to previous version directions - unable to get any assistance on how to set up solar for updated version
Fairly easy to set up
We have just installed a charger at home (EV Switch) and used this app to set it up. The process was fairly straightforward and all the options shown in the screenshots were immediately available and the setup was ready to charge our car in about 5min from switching on the charger for the first time. I think it helped that we have a little bit of network knowledge.

Recent update sorted previous problems
Originally I had problems connecting this charger to my BYD, but this seems to have been resolved with a recent software update for the app. It’s now working well. It has a useful function of being able to vary power from as little as 1.4kW up to 7kW which allows it to be matched with solar output from my domestic rooftop solar system. The app is improved with usage data that lets you track usage and you can schedule charge times. There’s more sophisticated functionality in the app allowing remote control of charging but for now I’m happy to keep it simple by simply plugging it in. The app now has a simple interface where you click one button to start or stop the charging process. It’s much easier than refueling a petrol or diesel car and with an EV. it’s nice not having to shell out $80-$100 for a tank of fuel which is what my previous car cost to fuel up. The charger came free with the BYD purchase but I had to pay about $450 to have an electrician install it. It’s a pretty straightforward installation although it does require its own circuit and fuse in the electricity meter box. The great advantage of having the charger is that I’ve been able to go all charging at home and never needed to use a public charger. The app does allow you to use public chargers as well but I’ve not tried using it yet for public charging. The app developer did provide a link to fix the initial problem with the app, which is appreciated.

Absolute nightmare of an app. No way of configuring it once it’s set up. Very basic. I can’t do any scheduling.

Irgendwie ist Nutzerverwaltung verschwunden. Ich kann keine Familienmitglieder mehr administrieren.
Update was a downgrade
App kept logging me off every time. The charger doesn’t save data when it is set to plug and charge mode. And changing it to such a basic setting, it doesn’t charge consistently. Any basic 1.4W charger works better than this dumb charger
