Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Saheli at none against Nominalx's shown. Saheli also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18.0). Nominalx's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (958 vs 24). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
