Als Trainer willst du auch auf dem Wasser direkten Kontakt zu deinen Sportlern haben? Mit Rowtrain loggst du deine Rudertrainingseinheiten. Rowtrain ist die Lösung für deine Probleme, mit Rowtrain siehst du Schlagzahl, Zeit, Strecke und Geschwindigkeit übersichtlich während du ruderst. Gleichzeitig kannst du deinen Puls anzeigen und sehen sowie auf einer Karte Schiffe in der Nähe sehen. Dein Puls wird von Polar, Garmin, Apple Health sowie etlichen weiteren Marken automatisch importiert. Durch individuelle, farblich angezeigte Pulsbereiche erkennst du direkt, ob du im gewünschten Bereich fährst. Dein Trainer kann live während des Trainings deine Werte sehen und nachvollziehen, dir Aufgaben / Technikübungen geben, vor Schiffen warnen, Belastungen und Wendepunkte übermitteln. Die Anweisungen werden angezeigt und vorgelesen, damit man auch keine Anweisung verpasst. Die Trainings lassen sich nachträglich detailliert und grafisch auswerten. Die App ist speziell für den Leistungssport geschrieben, kann aber auch im Breitensport verwendet werden. Die App erkennt Belastungen und kann mit deinen Sportlern ihren Ruderstil optimieren.
