Fluidra Pro vs Pool Route Ops

Fluidra Pro is a mobile app for pool professionals and technicians that makes field work easier by helping diagnose and support Fluidra’s connected products. Access product diagnostics, check connectivity info, view installation manuals, and quickly find the technical resources you need — all from your phone.

Pool Route Ops is the operations app for pool service companies. Plan the day, send techs out, and keep every job, reading, and invoice in one place. SCHEDULING AND ROUTES See the day, two days, week, or month at a glance. Assign jobs to techs, balance the load across the crew, and optimize the driving order so nobody backtracks. JOBS FROM THE DECK Techs run a guided job flow: start, log water readings, record chemical doses, capture photos, and close out. The LSI calculator tells them exactly what the water needs before they dose. CUSTOMERS AND PROPERTIES Every customer, property, and piece of equipment in one record. Service history, communications, and notes travel with the job. QUOTES, INVOICES, AND PAYMENT Build quotes, turn them into invoices, and collect payment on site. Follow up on what is still open without leaving the app. INVENTORY AND TRUCKS Track product on the shelf and on the truck. Load trucks against the day's routes so crews leave with what they need. REPORTS Revenue, jobs completed, and inventory usage, summarized for the office. CUSTOMER PORTAL Give customers a window into their service: visits, readings, and invoices. Pool Route Ops keeps the office and the field on the same page, from the first job of the morning to the last invoice of the day.
