Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Pines Track at none against OnCue Stores's shown. Pines Track also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). OnCue Stores's advantage is ratings volume (2K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 14.0). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for OnCue Stores against 5.0 for Pines Track. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OnCue Stores has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
