The Major Incident Command Assist (MICA), is a communications and workflow platform for law enforcement to empower leaders to better manage the collaborative response of law enforcement agencies to major incidents like child abductions and active shooter scenarios. MICA serves as a real-time central clearinghouse of intelligence ensuring that all agents in the field have access to the latest, most accurate information. MICA virtualizes the incident command headquarters enabling the incident commander to take command and control of all resources of the participating agencies from the desktop. Law enforcement offers can be dispatched from wherever they are located, minimizing the travel time to get to each lead. MICA enables officers in the field to utilize their mobile device as a first class evidence gathering tool. Officers can take pictures, record audio conversations, and record video to enter into evidence. MICA establishes a chain of custody of intelligence, establishing full provenance for each piece of evidence and intelligence gathered. MICA provides full transparency of the investigative process since it records who gathered the information, where they were when they received it, and the precise time the information was obtained. MICA enables geospatial aware investigative lead assignment to improve efficiencies and minimize travel time for officers.

About

Report6

Turn a narrated site walk into a clear, structured field report. Report6 helps inspectors, property teams, facilities staff, contractors, adjusters, and other field professionals capture what they see and say. Take photos, record narration, and add location context while you walk. In supported company workflows, you can also capture video. Report6 uses transcription and AI to organize that material into findings and report content for you to review. Capture in the field - Start a Personal report or choose an approved company template. - Use continuous or start-and-stop capture for short visits or longer rounds. - Leave an open report and resume it later. - Keep capturing and saving locally when service is unavailable; uploads catch up after connectivity returns. Review before sharing - Review and edit generated findings, descriptions, categories, photos, and location details. - Keep a report open while work continues, then finalize it when ready. - Share a review link or export available report formats. - Report AI-generated output that is inaccurate, unsafe, or inappropriate. Built for personal and company work - Personal reports stay under your Report6 account. - When your verified email belongs to a participating organization, its company workspace and approved templates are available in the same app. - On first company sign-in, Report6 opens the first available company workspace. Later launches return to the last workspace you used when it is still available. AI processing is required Report6 uses Deepgram to transcribe report audio and Google Gemini to organize captured content into a structured report. This processing is required to generate reports. Report6 asks for account-specific permission before sending report content to these services. If permission is declined or later revoked, Report6 stops sending new content and captured material remains saved locally. Transcription and report generation for content not already sent pause until permission is granted. Revocation cannot recall content already sent or in transit. AI-assisted content may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every report before finalizing or sharing it. Use Report6 only where you have permission to record people, property, audio, images, video, and location.
