The Major Incident Command Assist (MICA), is a communications and workflow platform for law enforcement to empower leaders to better manage the collaborative response of law enforcement agencies to major incidents like child abductions and active shooter scenarios. MICA serves as a real-time central clearinghouse of intelligence ensuring that all agents in the field have access to the latest, most accurate information. MICA virtualizes the incident command headquarters enabling the incident commander to take command and control of all resources of the participating agencies from the desktop. Law enforcement offers can be dispatched from wherever they are located, minimizing the travel time to get to each lead. MICA enables officers in the field to utilize their mobile device as a first class evidence gathering tool. Officers can take pictures, record audio conversations, and record video to enter into evidence. MICA establishes a chain of custody of intelligence, establishing full provenance for each piece of evidence and intelligence gathered. MICA provides full transparency of the investigative process since it records who gathered the information, where they were when they received it, and the precise time the information was obtained. MICA enables geospatial aware investigative lead assignment to improve efficiencies and minimize travel time for officers.

Nobody hands you a plan. You walk out with a folder of papers, a list of people to report to, and deadlines nobody explained. Miss the wrong one and everything you're building falls over. Free and Forward is the plan you should have been handed on day one. Twenty-seven steps, in the order they actually have to happen — built around your situation, not a generic pamphlet. Every court date and check-in already on a calendar. Every reminder set before it lands, not after. WHAT'S INSIDE The checklist. ID, housing, work, benefits, legal. It knows what has to come first, and opens the next step when you're ready for it. The calendar. Court dates, check-ins, deadlines — with reminders that arrive in time to do something about them. The document vault. Your ID, birth certificate, release papers. Encrypted and stored on your phone. Export a clean PDF the moment a landlord, an employer, or a benefits office asks for one. The resume builder. Handles a gap in your work history honestly, without lying about it. The job board. Employers who actually hire people with records — free for everyone. With Premium, AI ranks jobs by how well they fit you. Interview practice. Eight common questions, including the one about your record, each with a tip. With Plus, get AI feedback, scores and a live mock interview. Listen. Hear steps, jobs, interview questions and letters read out loud. Milestones. Celebrate 7, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days home, and your firsts. NOBODY IS WATCHING YOU No agency. No officer. No program. Your documents are encrypted on your own device, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Nobody sees your progress but you. BUILT BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN THERE We didn't study this from a distance. We knew the struggle personally, and we built the thing we needed. FREE TO START. NO CATCH. The checklist, the calendar, the reminders and the job board are free. No card, no trial, no time limit. Paid tiers are one-time purchases — nothing renews, ever. Pay once and keep it. The first ninety days decide almost everything that comes after. This is how you get through them. "Never forget the past. Learn from it. Move free and forward."
