Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Televika at 4.3 against YarFinder's 1.7. Televika also leads on ratings volume (335 vs 12) and review sentiment (40% vs 25%). YarFinder's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Televika sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. YarFinder asks for nothing beyond the download.
Televika holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Televika has 335 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 25% of YarFinder's written reviews are positive against 40% of Televika's.
