A free, anonymous emotional support app for teens ages 13–19. Here is a safe space where teens can share what’s on their mind and receive support from trained Teen Advisors peers who understand what it’s like to be a teen today. Teens can post about everyday stress, emotions, and challenges such as school pressure, friendships, relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed. You don’t need to know exactly what to say, just show up as you are. How it works: Teens 13-19 submit anonymous posts whenever they need support Trained Teen Advisors respond with empathy and understanding Responses are available daily between 5–10 PM PT Our goal is to respond to every post within 24 hours Only Teen Advisors can respond to posts. If you’re not ready to post, you can browse topics and read how other teens have navigated similar experiences. Teen Advisors are supervised by mental health professionals.
