Suspended
I love this so much app and has been a great outlet and a place to get advice. I was playing around and accidentally changed my age and now it says that I’m suspended and to contact an administrator. I see that this happened to someone else and I don’t know what to do.
A great resource
This app is a super helpful resource for anyone and everyone. It’s great to be able to talk and know someone is there who listens and cares. It’s anonymous which is really nice. The advisors have resources they can direct you to if you need them, and are there to help

I wish I found this app sooner. The advisors are so nice and really care about what you have to say.
Timed out?
I loved this app! I was having such a good conversation that was really needed and when I go to check the app, it crashes basically. It tells me the “section timed out” but I didn’t think much of it. (Mind you, I have good working internet.) so I go to log in again and when I enter the 4-digit code and press the button to continue, it loads and doesn’t work. So I close out of it and open it and even delete it with time in between and nothing was working, can someone fix something!

I like it but
I tried posting about my parents and my struggles with them, but it wouldn’t let me post because I was violating the rules, but I didn’t curse or anything, I tried re-wording and nothing worked. I don’t understand what I did wrong.
Good but could be better
I really like the idea of this app, but I think that putting a thing where the teens can interact with eachother would be better because the teens who have the same experiences as others can bond and give eachother advice one on one of that makes sense and not just the app people. Also the layout is supper confusing 😭

Great app for teens
This is a great app for teens who struggle with depression and suicidal thoughts to name a few but this is not a hotline help app however if you need one you can find one on online but it does ask for your age your phone number(if you have one) but you do not need a google account for this; but however the user interface is hard to nagivate but wish it was easier but no complaints! It takes a lot of hardwork to make it look clean and easy to use but other than that it’s a great app for teens who are sturggling with things

I genuinely love this app so much this was the first time I used it and I promise I'm not a bot 😭 but it helped me realize so many things about myself and it's a safe place for me! thank you for creating it, it's very professional and I can definitely see myself using this more in the future if I ever need to talk!

Administrator Support
I was putting in my birthday and accidentally did the wrong year, I think it resets to the current year each time and you have to move it, I didn’t realize and entered in the wrong year. Now I’m “suspended” and I can’t access my account. Can someone please fix this because I can’t find any way to talk to an administrator.

I bet this is amazing
So I don’t have a phone number yet (I have an iPod), my parents said I have to pay for it but I don’t have a job and I don’t want them to know about it , maybe if there was an email option? But I have a friend that has it and it is helping them a lot
Why is My Voice being Silenced
I had a conversation on this app and it was going well but then she didn’t speak to me for 4 days and automatically ended our conversation.. very disappointing . i’m tried to make a post to explain and it kept saying i’m violating the rules . I tried SO MANY TIMES to retype is but I still “violated” when I wasn’t cursing or anything .why is my voice being silenced ? seems like y’all are trying to keep me from giving my opinion on your app bc no matter how I worded it I still couldn’t post it . very lame and suspicious

Good app but a suggestion
This app seems great so far, i’ve only had it for a few days but I originally got the username “fat hippo” and when I went to change it I noticed a few things like “chubby” and “fat”. Ithink that it’s not really appropriate to be having usernames that could possibly trigger people even more. Stick with adjectives that don’t have anything to do with appearance, or weight, etc.

Super helpful, easy
Makes me feel like people actually care, thank you to everyone who works hard to respond to all these kids and keep this thing running. Someone responds everyday, and helps me keep my sh sober streak.
Love it but….
So it’s awesome highly recommend, and has helped me through a lot. However one day it asked me to redo my bday in my profile and I was tired and. Accidentally put in I was 12 instead of 13. Now I’m “suspended” and the talk to administrators option isn’t working. I really need this to load. Never had an app this good and I need some help right now. Could someone help me fix this please?? In my opinion you should be able to fix it easily if it was a mistake. I can’t use another persons number or anything because I want this to be under mine for privacy reasons. Just please please fix it for me.
