KnowLimit is a clean, private drink journal for adults. Log a beer, wine, cocktail, or custom pour in two taps, see your day come together as a standard-drinks count, and review how your week is shaping up. No accounts. No ads. No tracking. Your log stays on your device. LOG IN SECONDS Beer, wine, liquor, cocktails, and custom pours. Save your usuals. Adjust the time if you are logging a drink after the fact. SEE YOUR PATTERN A clean Today screen shows your drink count and standard-drinks total for the day, plus a session-length timer. Each drink is converted to standard drinks using the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) definition of one standard drink as 14 g of pure alcohol, so beers, wines, and cocktails compare on the same scale. APPLE WATCH COMPANION A real watchOS 10 app with quick-add buttons for your top drink types and a glance view of your current day's count. Syncs automatically with your iPhone. LIVE ACTIVITY AND LOCK SCREEN Live Activities and Dynamic Island keep your drink count visible without unlocking. Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Smart Stack widgets show your count at a glance. HANDS-FREE WITH SIRI Four built-in Siri Shortcuts: log a drink, log water, ask how many drinks you have logged today, and ask when you last logged a drink. A RIDE HOME, ONE TAP AWAY One tap to open Uber, one tap to open Lyft, one tap to call your saved emergency contact. Your location is never tracked, stored, or shared. APPLE HEALTH Optional Apple Health write of your standard-drinks count using the Apple-sanctioned Number of Alcoholic Beverages data type. Nothing else is shared with Health. PRIVACY FIRST No account. No sign-in. No third-party SDKs. No advertising. No tracking. Your log lives in Apple's SwiftData on your device and only leaves if you export it yourself. IMPORTANT KnowLimit is for adults of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. It is a personal awareness journal, not medical advice. If you are concerned about your drinking, please speak with a healthcare provider or contact SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357
