Through rich social, learning and life-skill media resources the HeroBridge virtual community is a private, lively place where youth and mentors can find each other and georeferenced resources 24x7. The proven results are TAY who are socially, emotionally and vocationally equipped for a fulfilling life! Designed to be a peer kinship community for life, members can reliably and consistently find a positive social support community, tracked learning opportunities and life enrichment activities.
