ProofLock – Ownership Validation, Asset Records & Digital Trust ProofLock is a secure platform for documenting, validating, and managing ownership-related information for valuable items that may not have formal titles. Built on modern cybersecurity and digital trust infrastructure, ProofLock gives individuals and businesses a smarter way to record ownership details, verify item history, and establish verifiable records — without replacing legal processes or authorities. Whether you’re registering personal assets or reviewing an item before a purchase, ProofLock adds an extra layer of confidence and transparency where traditional documentation may be limited or incomplete. Key Features • Ownership Records Document items that lack official titles by recording photos, serial numbers, and identifying details to create a verifiable ownership record. • Ownership Validation & Verification Check whether an item is registered in ProofLock and validate ownership-related information. Buyers may request an owner-approved transfer as part of a legitimate transaction. • Asset Tracking Maintain organized, private records of your registered items in one secure place. • Theft Awareness Assistance If a registered item is reported stolen and later checked within ProofLock, the recorded owner may be notified and given the opportunity to take appropriate action. • Owner-Controlled Transfers Ownership changes are handled digitally only with explicit owner approval, creating a transparent history of possession without automatic transfers. • Built for Trust & Security Designed using cybersecurity best practices to protect sensitive data and support long-term digital trust — without oversharing or public exposure. Why ProofLock? Many valuable items lack clear, standardized ownership documentation. ProofLock does not replace law enforcement, courts, titles, or legal records. Instead, it provides an additional layer of validation and documentation designed to help reduce fraud, disputes, and uncertainty by improving transparency and recordkeeping. Designed for iPhone & iPad Optimized for Apple devices Clean, intuitive interface Secure, cloud-based infrastructure ProofLock empowers people to document ownership, validate information, and make more informed decisions — securely, transparently, and responsibly.
