Track every completed workout and reset the six-week program whenever you are ready to begin again. Free features: • Complete six-week, four-day strength program • Bodyweight and found-rock exercises • Gender-specific movement illustrations • Exercise-specific rock guidance and reference photos • Set, rep, and rest tracking • Persistent workout history Ugga Full Access is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks: • Workout reminder notifications • Fourteen Paleo-inspired Grub recipes • A dedicated movement timer • Body-weight entries and progress graph No account, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Train safely. Use only dry, solid stones without sharp edges or cracks. Test every grip before beginning, never lift stones overhead, and stop if a movement causes pain.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Goodyear Recreation at none against Ugga's 1. Goodyear Recreation also leads on iOS requirement (14.0.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ugga sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Goodyear Recreation asks for nothing beyond the download.
