Track every completed workout and reset the six-week program whenever you are ready to begin again. Free features: • Complete six-week, four-day strength program • Bodyweight and found-rock exercises • Gender-specific movement illustrations • Exercise-specific rock guidance and reference photos • Set, rep, and rest tracking • Persistent workout history Ugga Full Access is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks: • Workout reminder notifications • Fourteen Paleo-inspired Grub recipes • A dedicated movement timer • Body-weight entries and progress graph No account, advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking. Train safely. Use only dry, solid stones without sharp edges or cracks. Test every grip before beginning, never lift stones overhead, and stop if a movement causes pain.
