Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: BLUETTI at 4.2 against EnergyKeeper's 3.7. BLUETTI also leads on ratings volume (1.5K vs 3) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 3 months). EnergyKeeper's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BLUETTI holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BLUETTI has 1.5K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of BLUETTI's written reviews are positive against 100% of EnergyKeeper's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
BLUETTI ships an update every 3 weeks, EnergyKeeper every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 27, 2026.
