Latest update
Everything worked phenomenally, but the latest update seems to prevent me from connecting to my units as easily. It seems to take longer, especially with my AC 70.
Electricity rates
In my area we have summer and winter rates plus peak, mid peak and off peak rates. It would be nice to have that in the app to get a better sense of the savings when connected to solar.

Just not working
This app sucks, I bought 2 100amp batteries couple months ago and the app connects to it but there is absolutely no information on either of the 2 batteries. It shows 0% and i can’t acces the battery parameter either bit batterie are fully charged. I’ve reached out to the client support but they have been of no help telling me to turn off and as if I was some dumb folks who had not tried that before reaching to them. I mean if we are to write an email, its because we have tried all the simple solutions!!!

Totally pleased with my AC70.
Used at the off grid cabin for the past two summers to power TV,satellite ,lights,device recharges and do the occasional quick vacuum.
Have also used it at home to power lights,tv and wifi during power outages.
Reliable and quite powerful.

Very buggy
Very buggy software. Continually tells me there’s an upgrade but won’t do it. Settings icon is dead and won’t respond. It’s a great device but the software is very junk at the moment.

EP2000 Battery
Quite limited in what you are able to do. For example you are unable to charge battery and then export excess solar to grid. You have to export using grid and battery which defeats the purpose of the battery to get you through the night.
Fun to visit
Functional application to view and manage your power station. Also lets you see other items to better outfit your power portfolio. Daily visits are rewarded which is nice.
New app deleted the wheel spin for giveaways !
My EB3a will no longer charge, only on house current I cannot afford a new one or to have it repaired. You took away the giveaway so do not like the new app !
