Not much you can do
Easy to use
Just downloaded the app and found it easy to use. Had a glitch registering but easy to resolve. App is well laid out, Bluetooth and wi-fi set up plus firmware upgrade fast. Now just waiting for unit to fully charge.

Il manque la fonction pour CarPlay ou Android auto, c’est un peu paradoxal que le ap300 soit un backup pour les vr mais qu’on peut pas controler sur CarPlay !!!!!!!
Needs to send notifications
Shortly after setting them up the breaker they were plugged into failed. I became aware of this because lights in another room went out, but I did not realize the fridge and freezer were on that same circuit until several hours later when I noticed the batteries were not charging. Pretty sure the standby power wouldn’t have lasted overnight until the electrician arrives.

Doesn't disconnect when in background
I use this app on both my iPhone and iPad but the AC180 only allows on connection at a time. I have found the app will stay connected indefinitely when in the background which stops my other device from connecting. There needs to be a timeout that disconnects it within a minute when in background so the connection is not hogged. And sometimes completely refuses to connect when over WiFi and doesn't even try to connect when tapping on device. And the forced portrait mode and the fact it keeps logging out all the time on the iPad drives me nuts. STOP LOGGING ME OUT

Manual and app discrepancy
Can’t control UPS mode from app but manual says it can
Basic
The app is very basic. Not many explanations for features and options so you don’t really know what anything does and the guide doesn’t explain anything either. The app should control a lot more on how to direct power, limitations, and cutoffs.
Email required
Why should we suddenly be required to login with an email. It was fine before. Basically a bait and switch. Not happy. Good device awful practice
Love BLUETTI!
I have several BLUETTI units for different uses. I have the Apex 300 and transfer switch for whole home backup and power savings. The Elite 10,100,200. All work flawlessly.
App is so bad
So disappointing that the batteries are the best on the market but they have the very worst app available.
App issues
The app is under every expectations. It doesn’t recognize the battery, or doesn’t connect the battery, or it’s stuck on loading page without displaying something.
Now requires a subscription
Can’t use the app now without a subscription or constant pop ups in app asking you to subscribe. I won’t be buying more BLUETTI products if this is the direction they are going. When will companies learn not to ruin their products with poor business choices?

Started pushing me ads even after I asked for them to be disabled.

No WiFi connection so not able to connect away from Bluetooth. Ecoflow does so more useful

Usable but disappointing, by features
Signs me out every day. I would’ve expected it to use bonded BT so the app doesn’t have a delay when checking the device. All I want is a widget on my Home Screen showing active charging status without having to check the app. The app having information parity with the power station display would be nice too (mostly expected time remaining or actual count of Wh instead of just percent).
