Stop jumping on the bandwagon development practices. Sign up for newsletter banners that only give the option to subscribe to mass marketing campaigns or be reminded again in 30 days. That’s called coercive practices. I already opted out about that not new reminded again. I have an apex 300,Elite 100 and two Elite 30. About I do not want to subscribe to marketing campaigns or should I switch my hardware to another brand from here on out?

What’s the Point of the App If I Can’t Turn It On Remotely?
If the unit is in my vehicle and I’m inside my house, I should be able to turn it on from the app. Instead, I have to go outside, get my keys, unlock the vehicle, and physically turn the unit on. At that point, what is the purpose of having an app?” 😑
Poor connectivity
Constantly struggle to get the Bluetooth connection to work. The WiFi absolutely does not work. Major design changes required before I would recommend the app

My review is about Bluetti’s app and my Bluetti ac180. I purchased my ac180 over a year ago through Amazon. It has worked perfectly and did exactly what I needed it to do.
However I recently had a problem with my ac180. But between the app and Bluetti’s customer service along with their service department itself ( Thank you Anson ) my problem was quickly resolved.
I am super happy with Bluetti and want to thank you.

You can’t use your system properly without it
I have a full home apex 300 system that I rely on this app to monitor and control daily SOC, Time of use and state of PV charging as well as percentage of charge. The app works great with Bluetooth but cloud services with Hub A1 and multiple Apex 300 units in parallel needs improvement.

The app is so easy to use but does quite a bit for an app. Makes fully utilizing the AC180 and other devices effortless. Overall a great experience

Registration/Login Not intuitive
I got it done but found the 1st time registering & logging is not intuitive. That should be an easier process than it is.
Need Improvement
Loses connection. I have to re-pair to Bluetooth and WiFi. Adding battery pack was confusing.
Great Product
I bought the 100 V2 so that I could make coffee and tea while I was out camping over multiple days. This product works fantastic. It solved my issue even though my motorhome has an inverter and dual batteries this product works way better.
