Going for hiking, cycling, swimming or running – make FitGet your companion whenever you’re on the move. The app is designed to collect and process the data about the key parameters of any training and wrap it up into concise, digestible graphs. Thanks to the wide range of tracked parameters, FitGet can fill in multiple blanks in your active life: - optimizing the workout regimen; - navigating the area you’re touring; - planning a commute or resolving accessibility issues. Picking the appropriate physical activity or vehicle type in the menu, you’ll have the experience customized to better suit your needs. Working with FitGet boils down to several easy steps: 1. Press the ‘Start’ button as you move out to launch the data collection process. 2. Stop the tracker once the route is complete. 3. Click on the newly created track to get detailed insights of your activity. ALL-PURPOSE MOBILITY TRACKER FitGet targets anyone who takes a special interest in their courses – from tourists to athletes, from drivers to disabled people. At the moment, the app functionality covers such activities as jogging, cycling, hiking, touring, skiing, swimming, riding in a car, using a wheelchair, and more. A VARIETY OF PARAMETERS Depending on the activity type, the system highlights a specific set of tracked attributes that can include: moving speed (both average and peak), distance covered; amount of steps; tempo; terrain characteristics (elevation range, maximum inclination angle); physical markers (heart rate, calories burned). FLEXIBLE VISUALISATION For each of the monitored parameters in the given trek, the app builds a graph that shows how the readings changed over time. Graphs can be collapsed and restored to move the focus as needed. The interactive map tab displays the route along with some of the basic characteristics (changes in speed, time stamps). REAL TIME INSIGHTS The data analysis starts as soon as the trip itself does. You can check the current reading for any relevant parameter right as you go. If something interrupts the flow, put the process on pause and resume it again when back into the groove. For a useful workout, our application uses the HealthKit API. Science has amply proven that intermittent fasting is safe and effective. Hence the current success of this powerful tool against excess weight which destroys damaged cells and reduces inflammation in the body. *** VISIT OUR WEBSITE TO SEE ALL OUR APPS Weight Loss, Intermittent Fasting, Keto, Sports Nutrition, Diabetes, Nash, Oncology, Cardiology, Epilepsy *** There are three important points that make intermittent fasting a great tool for permanent weight loss as well as improving your health. Too many people ignore them and fall back into the Yo-Yo effect once they stop intermittent fasting. 1. ALLOW YOUR METABOLISM TIME TO GET USED TO INTERMITTENT FASTING ● First get your body used to switching to lipolysis (breakdown of body fat to energy) ● Then get it used to switch to autophagy (consumption of damaged cells). ● DietSensor will help you gradually start intermittent fasting with the 14/10 pattern (14h of fasting followed by 10h during which you will have 2 meals) and progress to longer fasts like the popular 16/8 pattern (16h of fasting) or more, up to 23/1 with one meal a day. 2. PROLONG THE GOOD EFFECTS OF FASTING DURING THE NON-FASTING PHASE ● Make healthy food choices, which you will keep all your life, for lasting weight loss. ● If desired, you can increase the effectiveness of fasting by following a ketogenic diet to maintain fat consumption. ● Unlike light, bland and boring diets, you can eat natural, tasty and nutritious foods that you like such as meat, eggs, cheese or even chocolate. ● DietSensor will help you make meals that limit the levels of insulin (the fat storage hormone) after meals 3. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE MANY DIETS ADVOCATE ● Drastically restricting calories and exercising more to lose weight has been shown to fail in the long run. 80% of your progress will come from your food choices. Exercise will be optional! ● You will have to make meals compatible with your long-term lifestyle: without cooking if you want. This must be done without unsustainable deprivation over time and without starving yourself. Occasional deviations are not only allowed but mandatory with DietSensor. ● You will have indications on food quantities to give you every chance for your metabolism to act efficiently and durably towards the weight you are aiming for. DIETSENSOR IF (INTERMITTENT FASTING) IS A COMPLETE AND CONFIGURABLE TOOL ● Set up Calorie, Net Carb, Fat and Protein percentages as well as macronutrient goals per meal ● Database of more than 1M foods with barcode and voice dictation, macro tracking ● Glucose/insulin impact curve for each meal ● Smart Meal Generator, Recipes, Menus and Shopping Lists ● Expert articles on intermittent fasting and diet ● Daily tasks, reminders, motivational messages, analytics and chats with our dieticians 7 days a week ● Tracking of steps, physical activities and water HEALTH APP ● Connect the Apple Health app and import your weight and exercise automatically. Export your meals REWARD ● Voted the most innovative App in the world at CES 2016 ● Second place in the Publicis90 global innovation competition PRICES & TERMS OF USE To use the application, you will need to subscribe to one of the PREMIUM packages.
