If you previously accessed your account on the MyChart app, please discontinue use and download this new, Duke-specific app to access your account. At Duke Health, your well-being is at the center of everything we do. The My Duke Health App makes it easy to stay connected with Duke Health and offers you access to the health information of you and your family whenever you want it.
