Organix Alpha vs ScanExcel

Very intuitive org chart assistant. Do not be shy, try to click everywhere. Any action critical for the data requires confirmation, so you can always cancel before it is too late. It is possible to import data from the iPhone contact list if you want to. The OrgChart can be sent to other people through emails in a pdf format.

Turn your spreadsheet into a practical workflow for documents and photos. ScanExcel brings XLSX task lists, document scanning, AI-assisted field comparison and photo archiving together. Use it for document verification, on-site documentation and everyday records. • Create tasks from XLSX workbooks and choose the fields that matter to your work. • Scan multiple document pages, adjust the crop and generate PDFs. • Connect a compatible AI vision service to compare scanned documents with selected spreadsheet fields. Review matches and differences, then export the results to XLSX. • Capture or import photos for each task. Customize archive and photo names, reorder images, and export PDFs, ZIP archives or CSV/XLSX lists. • Receive small files offline by pointing your camera at visual codes displayed in a computer browser, then save or share the received file.
