- Body records The app records your weight, body fat percentage, and calorie intake. You may also add to the app anything else you might want to keep track of. - Graphs The app turns your training records into graphs. The app allows you two view two graphs at once. About

Protein Count

Features

Protein only. Nothing else to type. No calories, no fat, no carbs. Protein Count answers three questions: how much you've had today, how much is left, and where it came from. ■ Your day in two seconds Open the app and a large ring tells you "82 g / 150 g — 68 g left". The number is the biggest thing on screen. It reads like an instrument, not a form. ■ One tap to log Keep up to 8 of your usual foods on Home. Tap once and the ring grows immediately. Tapped the wrong one? The toast at the bottom undoes it. ■ Log from the widget too The Home Screen widget has log buttons built in. Add a serving without opening the app, and see what's left any time. Lock Screen widgets too. ■ History that shows the streak Days you hit the goal glow with a lime ring on the calendar. A 7-day trend, monthly average and goal rate. The more you log, the clearer your pattern gets. ■ Never scolds you Missed days aren't painted red. Going over the goal isn't called "too much". It just shows the number. ■ Stays on your device No account. No login. Everything is stored on your device and never sent anywhere. Protein Count Pro (one-time purchase, not a subscription) · Separate training and rest day goals · Streaks and the monthly summary · Medium widget with the 7-day trend · Export entries as CSV · Missed-entry reminder Logging itself, goals, 8 Quick Add slots, the calendar, the 7-day trend and the small widget stay free forever. Note: Protein Count is a logging and visualization tool, not a medical device. The amounts it suggests are general references. Consult a healthcare professional for health decisions.
