Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: LBCSD at none against Grace Media App's shown. Grace Media App's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 14 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for LBCSD against 4.9 for Grace Media App. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grace Media App has 1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
